How to reach us, and how to close your account.

Getting in touch

Write to support@getperri.com for anything to do with the app. For a question about your information — what Perri holds about you, correcting it, or asking us to erase it — write to privacy@getperri.com. That door is open whether or not you use Perri.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings, tap Your account and your data, and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to type the word delete to confirm, and to sign in again first — a destructive step reached by one tap is one somebody performs by accident with a phone in their pocket.

We keep your information for as long as your account is open. When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days. If you would rather we did it for you, write to privacy@getperri.com.

Disconnecting Google or Outlook

You can disconnect either one in Settings at any time, and Perri stops reading from it. You can also remove Perri's access from your Google account directly.
